Here is a simple easy to remember method for praying for those around you, even if you don’t know their specific needs. The five requests are based on the word “B-L-E-S-S”.
B - Body - For health, safety, and physical needs.
L - Labors - For the success and prospering of their work and/or studies (Jeremiah 29:7).
E - Emotions - For peace and joy to replace fear and anxiety (Matthew 10:13).
S - Social life - For family’s to function well together in their community.
S - Salvation - For each to understand salvation in Jesus Christ, and come to know Him personally and grow in their spiritual lives.
Now, it’s time to practice.
Take a minute right now to B-L-E-S-S someone. A co-worker, a neighbor, a student, etc.
Then tell us below who you prayed for, maybe some others will prayer for them too.
You can remember this pattern by using the 5 fingers of your hand.

I pray for both of my adult children and their families. I pray for each ones salvation and that each one will sumit their lives unto the Lord and serve him and His purposes for His Glory. I bind their minds, will, and lives to the mind, will, and life of Christ Jesus.
I pray for my granddaughter today, as she is drawing nigh to God, that God will protect her from evil and the evil one, and that she will find favor with teachers, and that God will show himself strong on her behalf today, and that He will use her as a witness to many, giving her a Hioly boldness that she never dreamed that she could have. And I also pray for my son, Tom, and daughter-in-law, who have three teenagers and a mother, who is losing her memory, to take care, that they will have patience and understanding with the mother, and that God will give them the grace they need and draw them closer to himself.
I prayed for my 33 yr old handicapped grand daughter. Multiple physical problems & totally dependent on others for all her physical needs
I prayed for my daughter Cristina a dog-handler deployed in Kuwait. My prayer is first and foremost for her safety and those she works with, but also that she will continue to SHINE LIKE THE STARS for Jesus in her walk, talk, and love for her country.
Thank you my dear Cristina for your sacrifice at this time being part of our military and being so committed to what you are there to do.
I love you miss you hug you but am so very PROUD OF YOU!
May God hold you close and hug you for me today!!!
Love, mom
I prayed for my daughter Kyndra
praying for the body of Christ, that we all remain strong in our prayer life for the lost, peace of Jerusalem, America, our families, friends, children, soldiers and those who are suffering. I pray for all the needs listed in others prayer requests, Abba, thank You for Your mercy on us.
I prayed for my 3 adult children and their spouses. This next generation is facing, on a daily basis, more challenges than our generation ever did or will. Satan is a hard worker, then he is a hard task-maker. We have to lift our young adults and families up in prayer constantly. My grandchildren are growing up in a time when it is taught in school (K-4 and up) that it is normal for a family to consist of 2 males or 2 females as moms and dads. Dear God please have mercy on us all.
I prayed for Brenda, co-worker
Alexis, Thanks for your kind words and feel free to use this in ways that will bless God and others.
For Prayercentral… Paul

PS if we would like to use it in a class or with helpful notes to those we minister too, do we need to get permission from you?
I pray that the Holy Spirit will supernaturally intervene in the spirit of my two grown sons, Tim and Andy, to connect with that sweet spirit they once had when they were small children, to overcome the lies that Satan has used to keep them from a saving knowledge of the Gospel.
