    Thank you, dear Kathleen,
You answered my question about the WHY of puzzle piece wisdom. In June I was exhausted but couldn’t stop. I noticed what I thought must be a dead dragonfly hanging from a flower when I went outside to water, nearly touching it before I saw it. When it didn’t fly away I watched it periodically coming back to the window to see if it had flown away. After several hours I did touch it, expecting it to be all dried up, but it was alive. It’s full weight was hanging from it’s “tongue” inserted in the flower. I finally said “Lord, are You trying to show me something?” Immediately I heard, “Rest in Me, feed on Me”. I took a picture of it to remember this moment, then it flew away. I wrote about it in my journal, but didn’t rest. (I HEARD the Lord, but didn’t LISTEN..) Still exhausted in August, a white praying mantis appeared and hung around the plant for several months.I marvelled that it would stay still for hours waiting for “lunch” to come by..this time when watching it I heard “In stillness, is rest”. Then a few weeks later “Rest is warfare”…. The previous fall, one leaf on our Japanese maple stayed green when all other leaves turned red, then eventually dried up and fell off. It was so strange to see this one green leaf hang on for several months with no sign of “dying”. I thought, “It’s purpose hasn’t been fulfilled”. Eventually it did turn red, and I heard “trust Me for My timing”…I picked that leaf and framed it in a little oval frame in the dressing area so I can see it every day. Putting those pieces together it’s clear that my knickers have been in a twist for some time and my loving Father used nature to speak…now I understand that He was longing for fellowhsip! How beautiful. I’m resting now…..
    In His Love,

    LAUS DEO….Praise be to God…..
Beloved friends in Christ Jesus I finally figured this out…how to log on and recieve those wonderful precious tidbits of wisdom from Sister Kathleen!!! I may be slow but I’ll get there eventually!!! Praise God for the Dillard family!!!In a group meeting last evening I learned…Psalms 46:10 Be still and know that I am God. The Brother in whose home this group met was sitting next to me and he said…”God wants us to shut up and listen to what the Spirit has to say”. I love the concept of the WOW today… almost as much as I love the Dillards and their ministry!!!

Amazing timing – absolutely amazing timing. For the past few days He’s been helping me see through some situation’s I’ve found myself in recently. I’ve even been up for the last couple of hours this morning asking the Lord for help in a couple of difficult situations I’m in. (And I’m rarely up in the wee hours these days!) Very timely Kathleen. Very timely. God is so good.

    We love you guys,
    Marta
