Kathleen,i is so good to be back home and hear your inspiring words. My mom,83 yrs young, has just gone thru a fight with colon cancer, the Lord has made her Victorious,HalleluYah. She has lived for Him over 65 years and IS still learning of Him, isn’t that awesome? yes He is a mysterious God.She is sharing her testimony with all that will listen. Thank you and Wayne for your faithfulness to our good Lord. I am glad you’all are back in the states, safe. It will be a hotter-spot over there in near future.God bless you both, in Mashiach Yeshua there is safty…

    Hello Kathleen,

I wanted to share something that the Lord shared with me! It is in agreement with your recent word on Asking.

    Psalm 24:6-10
This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

~Just can’t get this one out of my head! God’s heritage. I did a word study on this. Interesting….

    In Christ and prayer
    And ASKING! BIG!!!

Those words are very welcomed. I pray you have found the house the Lord has for you. Pray for me as I pray and contemplate what the Lord requires of me in these twilight hours of my life

    In Jesus,Trudy

Kathleen, praise the Lord for this word! I hope your family is receiving answers to the request for house, office and the cars. I’ve been asking:-).
As for me, I want to share some rather different ideas of how the Lord showed me what to ask.
Last summer I saw a sage green Chrysler 300 and I sensed the Lord told me it was mine. Now, I love these cars, but I never really wanted one because they are probably gas guzzlers–I’d always be worried about scrapes, etc., I could never afford one, etc. I like a dependable used car. (I have a 1991 Chevey Corsica with 176,000 miles on it. The driver’s door doesn’t open–the roof leaks–but it still get good gas mileage BUT its slowly dying. So since last summer all I see all over the roads is Chrysler 300’s. So, I am now asking the Lord to bring it in to me. The other day I felt Him say that when I see 3 of them in a row, it will be mine. I know this really sounds strange but there it is.
Then, there’s this other thing the Lord recently inspired me to ask for–a house. I have not wanted a house. They are only headaches. How do you find someone reputable to fix anything at a reasonable cost and things are always breaking down. Then there’s upkeep and on and on and on. Give me a good old apartment.
Well, in November my 16 year old grandaughter had a beautiful little boy named Josiah. They stayed with me–what a thrilling, scary thing BUT they couldn’t stay because I’m on HUD and with them here, we were considered under housed. She and the baby are now in a Domestic Violence shelter. (By the way, becoming pregnant was one of the factors that brought her into the Kingdom!) If I had my own house, I could have kept them and also house some of my missionary friends when they need it or help my children if they need a place to stay. Then I got the request for prayer for you to have a home and I seeded into it because somehow I knew God wants me to have a house. The ministry I’m affiliated with is building also–I seeded into them.

So, in both cases, the Lord has put on my heart the desire for 2 things I never really desired (or so I thought). Anyway, for one thing I believe He wants to get me out of the poverty mindset and two, He has plans for me that are larger and different–more than I can ask or imagine.

My one worry is that I’m being presumptuous :-). Ask with me.

I really love you guys. God bless.
