Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me shall not hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” -John 6:35 NASB
Are you letting Jesus satisfy you, or are you still hungering and thirsting for the things of this world? What do you think about? What do you long for? Are you longing for more of Jesus, for a new car, or a better job? Where does Jesus fit in the the list of your desires?
When you’re satisfied with Him, the things of this world begin to fade. Like the song says, “And the things of earth become strangely dim, in the light of Your Glory and Grace.” Don’t go around unsatisfied, let Jesus be your bread of life today.

O, Lord Jesus, thank You You’re the bread and source of life . Everytime i feel hungry and thirsty i can come near You and eat and drink untill i want no more. Thank You for this great privelege i have in You. Things of the world don’t matter to me anymore. You are more precious to me than gold and silver or any other precious stone in the world. You are my life, You are my desire. Within You i’ve everything i would need in life; You are my satisfaction. Thank You for the strength You are giving me day by day. I simply thank You that You are my Lord.
