Simple Devotion

A taxi boatman paddles through the sellers of the floating market.

Hi!

I’m sending you my last hug from Delhi as I pack and prepare to catch my flight tonight. I realize that Christmas is busy for you and you might barely get the time to think.

However, if you don’t mind a reminder, you and I still need to catch time to pray.

One reason is because God created us for a connection of friendship with Him. Another is that if you don’t grab your time with Him, you might miss some divine appointments He wants to release through your life during this Christmas season.

One of the features that Prayercentral has to make prayer easier for you is our Daily Devotionals. Did you know that there are five of them? Have you ever used them? Let me give you a quick sampling of three of them:

“Be careful how you live. You may be the only Bible some people ever read.”
-author unknown

“Christ’s blood purchased intimate access for you into Gods presence. God is a God who delights in spending time with His children.” (based off of James 4:8)

“Just as the song of a bird can bring unexpected treasures of hope and joy,
so also can your song distribute treasures that break the yoke of oppression
and usher in My light.”

You will find testimonies, tips and true refreshing in these Daily Devotionals. What a great way to connect with God. And hey, if you’ve been blessed by this tool and have a testimony for us, why don’t you take a minute below in the comment section and share it with us?

In His love and mine,

Kathleen Dillard
