Don’t Argue With the Peace Ref!

Hi! May God’s peace and strength be on YOU! It wasn’t long ago when one of my elders, an amazing minister named Albie Pearson, gave me some cool insight about the peace of Christ (see more info on Albie HERE.)

If you don’t mind, I’d like to pass that on to you now. Albie said, “Did you know that when it says in the bible, ‘let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts’ that it literally means let His peace be your umpire.”

Now Albie was a famous baseball player earlier in his life. So he said, “do you know that when the umpire rules, it’s final. There is no arguing with the umpire.” What captured me in our chat is that Christ’s peace is there to direct our steps as well as correct our steps. When we heed the umpire, that’s how we place ourselves in a position to win.

Think about it. “And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.” -Colossians 3:15

Hey did you know that you can pray about unemployment at Prayercentral? Check it out: “The Jobless Prayer Patrol.”
Remember, prayer can make a way, when nothing else can!

I’m sending a blessing to you in His wondrous name!
