Do You Have Friends in High Places?

And God bless YOU! I pray that you’re having a good summer and had a chance to enjoy some of the sunshine.

You are here because you are interested in prayer. Perhaps for Afghanistan and Iraq and the troops who are serving there. Or maybe you have discovered other parts of Prayercentral that have caught your interest.

Ladhak, India packed with breathtaking beauty.

As you know, I’ve just returned from an extended time in the Himalaya’s where a team of us are urging believers to push in prayer for the region.

that is hauling animals, saddles & supplies up into the Himayalas.

k4kiEkpEWhy should YOU pray for the Himalayan High Places?

Here’s what’s in it for YOU:

  1. Sometimes the quickest way to solve our own problems is to get our eyes off of ourselves. The High Places Prayer is a great opportunity for you to do that and it might be the next step you need for a breakthrough.
  2. Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” What this means is that there is a blessing you only get when you are giving. Give yourself in prayer (Acts 20:35.)
  3. This prayer focus is just what Jesus had in mind, “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.”  When we watch over His household, He watches over ours.

Pack horses & mules stay busy taking
pilgrims up the Himalayan ranges to holy
spiritual locations above the tree lines.

PRAYER is heaven’s collateral!

Your prayers can make history & reveal His-story among the 426 unreached people groups of the Himalayas. What are you waiting for?

In His love and mine,

Kathleen Dillard
