This pattern of prayer is based on the blood of Christ. His blood flowed from five wounds as He hung on the cross. Because of His blood we can move in His authority, wisdom, provision, justice, and victory.
Head -Authority
The wounds on His head represent His authority.
-Proclaim Christ as the head over all.
Side -Compassion and Wisdom
The wound in His side represents His heart of compassion and wisdom.
- Ask God for His heart for the situation and for His wisdom on how to pray.
Left Hand -Provision
The wound on His left hand represents His provision.
- Ask God for the blessing and provision to satisfy the need.
Right Hand -Resistance
The wound on His right hand represents His resistance to evil.
- Ask God to judge and resist those things that hold back His blessings.
Feet -Victory
The wounds on His feet represent His victory over Satan.
- Proclaim the victory of Christ and declare the works of the devil as crushed under the feet of Jesus.

What a powerful way to pray to our God.
Thank you
Please pray for Karen Wright, to be completely healed of cancer. She fought cancer last year and was cleared of it after they removed 22 lumps from her and she under went radiation treatment. She has recently noticed a lump and is going to the doctor in Atlanta, Monday the 11th, to see if the cancer has returned. Please pray also for her to be at peace in her heart and mind, for she is very scared of it returning.
God bless everyone. Jim
Glory, honor and praise to you O Abba Father by faith in Jesus Christ as our victory comes because of his death on the cross for our sins.
We praise, worship and adore you with thanksgiving as we pray and declare that Jesus Christ’s compassion, wisdom, provision, and resistance against the evil who hold back the blessings to our troops and Allied Forces in Iraq. As we pray and declare victory by faith in Christ will sustain them to complete the restoration and liberation of that precious part of your creation for your glory and honor. Amen.
Kathleen, I’ve never seen this prayer before. It is powerful. Thank you and Wayne for publishing it. I’ll be praying this way along with you. Warm hugs to you, your girls and all of the Prayer Central team in this season when things are different than they were before without Wayne’s physical presence among you. May the comfort of the Holy Spirit truly be enough!
I know you’ll be blessed by this. Love you, Mom
