Holy Father, once more we come beofre Your throne of grace and mercy, asking You for continued protection and wisdom for our troops in Afghanistan. Keep them from harm Lord, and assist them as they move among the locals tryign to establish relationships that will be peaceful. Help us to respect their ways, and cause the Afghani’s to love peace more than death and destruction associated with the Taliban.
Bless them all Father and wrap Your mighty arms of protection around them today. In Jesus name, Amen.
Abba Father, we agree in this united prayer by faith that your divine presence and protection with your healing grace and peace will be upon the troops at Camp Leatherneck fro your glory and honor. In every success and obstacle along their way, there will be a display of your divine power working through your Spirit that will help them overtake the evil schemes or assaults by the enemy of peace for your glory and honor. Not by might nor by power of the military or ammunition or strategy but by your gracious hand and wisdom the covers the peacekeepers day and night for your name’s sake. Amen.
ABBA, Oh Holy One, who loves us with an everlasting love, Creator of all mankind, please look with favor on our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq today. I pray for those in Camp Joyce, and ask You to grant wisdom to the leaders and peace to the tribal leaders/locals. Cause them to desire to work together in unity with our troops. may they love peace more than death and destruction. We look to You because You are a great and kind Father, in Jesus name, Amen.
Father, as Your Word says that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, I ask that You would pour out a gift of the fear of the Lord on every person at Camp Joyce. Draw each and everyone of them to Your Son, Jesus, our Savior; for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Then flood them with Your wisdom for every situation and circumstance that they face, and let them know that it is Your Holy Spirit Who is enlightening the eyes of their understanding. Amen.
Father God, You hold all things in the palm of your hand. As you hold this day and everything in it, I ask that You let nothing slip through Your fingers. Give wisdom where it is needed. Give forgiveness where needed. Give peace where needed. Most of all give the joy of Your salvation Jesus. In the name above all names I pray Jesus Amen.
Amen, Lord, amen in Jesus name, amen.
For all the troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, I pray for their safety today and always Lord. You are the Great I AM, You know all and see all things. Keep them from harm today Father, and impart great wisdom, in Jesus name, Amen.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, encourage the families of our troops stationed in Afghanistan and at Camp Holland. Cover our troops with the blood of Jesus from the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
Father, only You truly know the sacrifices families have made for our troops to serve in dangerous places where death is just around the corner. Draw these families to You, Jesus. It’s only in You we can find peace and a respite from fear. Use this time of separation, Lord, to raise up men and women…children to come to know You Jesus as the One True God and the only salvation. Comfort those families who even now have either just laid to rest a fallen family member or are making preparations to do so. The need You now, Lord, and it’s to You we pray. Amen.
Abba Father, we adore and worship you through Christ as our Lord and Intercessor who can sustain the troops at Kunduz Air Base as they plan and perform their daily responsibility as a cohesive unit for the sake of the lost souls, broken lives and liberation of that area from the bondage of the wicked schemer, Satan. We are declaring now in united prayer and fasting that your healing hand will be upon those who endured and believe including those who are seeking you in this time of Ramadan for your glory and honor. Glory to our Healer and Shepherd of our souls who answer this united prayer.Amen.
Father, I ask for the military at Kunduz Air base that You would fulfill Your Word that underneath them are the everlasting arms. Let not one airplane of any sort fall to the ground. But, keep them all airborne when they need to be. And keep Your arms under the troops when they are on the ground, also. Be glorified in the lives of Your people today; and may Your Son, Jesus be given His rightful place in every heart, amen.
Father, a popular GodTube video circulated again showing returning troops surprising their families with their return. The eyes, the tears, and the hugs of the children, the dog rushing out the door to greet his master…all poignant reminders of what has been sacrificed by our troops to secure peace! Today as I pray for the troops at Kunduz Air Base, I ask that each and every one return home safely to hugs and kisses and joy…not in a flag-draped coffin. And, Lord, continue to comfort those families..especially the children…whose Mommy or Daddy gave the ultimate sacrifice in this war. Thank You, Jesus, for the way You love them; the way You love us. Amen.
Heavenly Father, let Jesus’ name be found in the hearts, and mouths of our troops stationed in Afghanistan, and at Kunduz Air Base. Let Your hedge of protection constantly be around them protecting them from all hurt, harm, and danger. Let not one hair on their heads be touched. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
Heavenly Father, I pray that You will encourage the families of the troops stationed at Camp Bastion. Give them Your sweet peace and comfort knowing that You will continue to keept their loved ones safe and free from all hurt, harm, and danger. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
Thank You, Father, for those at Camp Bastion. “The Word of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe.” Cause them to run into Your Word and have the safety of the Truth to undergird them, in Jesus name, amen.
Father, thank You for the work You are doing…the grace You are pouring out on the families of our troops at Camp Bastion. Comfort I pray the families of those who became war statistics in the past week..”7 died when…” Today I learned the name and background of just one of those men. Only 32 years old but he was a strong believer and we know he now rejoices in Your kingdom. As war families hear death news, Lord, quiet their fears and anxieties that they may hear the same pronouncement. To You, Jesus, I plead and ask. Amen
Father God, thank You for wanting my prayers. I am not worthy of praying to You, but I know Your grace is sufficient for me. Thank You so much for that grace! Lord, I pray for the families of our troops in Afghanistan. I pray that You would bless them with Christians that would surround them with Your love and grace. May they pray together and bless each other through this difficult time of war. Lord, may our troops feel Your divine Presence and assurance that You are watching over their loved ones with Your great love. I pray this in Your holy name, Jesus. Amen.
Yes, Lord, I say AMEN to the previouse prayers on behalf of our troops in Afghanistan (& those remaining in Iraq.) Reveal Yourself & Your unfailing love to our troops, bring to their mind Your faithfulness. Bring to their minds the sacrifice that Jesus our Saviour has made for them individually. Open their eyes to see You in the midst of this awful violence directed against them by Satan & his followers. Father, I ask that You would help each of our troops to learn to trust You & cry out to You, pour out their hearts to You. We pour out our hearts to You on their behalf. Raise up strong Christian leaders within the troops & chaplains & bring about a revival of prayer, trust in Your deliverance. May their strength come from You Oh Lord. Please God, cause the violence against our troops & the people of peace in Afghanistan to cease.
“Deliver me [the troops at Kandahar], O Lord, from the evil men: preserve me from violent men; they devise mischiefs in their heart; continually they gather together and stir up wars…Keep me [those at Kandahar], O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from the violent men who have purposed to thrust aside my steps…I said to the Lord, You are my God; give ear to the voice of my supplications, O Lord. O God the Lord, the Strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of battle.” Psalm 140:1,4,6,7. In Jesus name we pray these words for the troops with much thanksgiving for the sacrifices of them and their families. Amen.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, be a fence of protection all around our troops stationed in Afghanistan, and at Kandahar Air Base. Let death be bound and life be released over all of our troops. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
