And Jesus, what we pray for our troops, we pray for their families. Please keep these troops and their families safe from all harm, both seen and unseen. You are our only hope against the unseen. We hope in You on their behalf.

Lord Jesus, please shield the minds of our troops with Your salvation. Please send the sword of Your Spirit to oppose the lies of the enemy that make them kill and hate, and think that they are doing You a favor for doing so. In the name of Jesus, I oppose these lies and claim Your truth as a belt around our troops. Please help our troops to walk in Your peace always. In a dark and terrible place, when there is no hope, when the people who live there and have always lived there, have no trust or confidence in You: Lord, shield our troops with faith from Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

Father, it must have been difficult for Your Son, at times when He was involved in ministry, to find a place alone, to have some solitude. It must be the same for those at Kunduz Air Base. But everyone needs time away with You. Help the troops there to find creative ways to get alone with You and be renewed. Speak to them, be present to them in ways that they will know that they know that they know that You are there with them, You hear their cry, You know their need. Cause them to realize that with You they have an ever present friend. In the name of Jesus, amen.

O my Father in heaven, I say amen to all the prayers lifted to You in Jesus holy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in each one for our soldiers lives & their families. I lift up each one of our troops in Afghanistan & Iraq to YOu. We know You hold them all in Your hands. Reveal Your love & care to them in the midst of all the hate & violence they are surrounded by. Please shield them from the horrible blasts of the enemies of You & them. Today Lord Jesus, give them Life. Let our soldiers live and not die. Please turn things around over there - You alone are God, there is none other like You. I place them in Your hands & give all the glory to You. Please take back the ground that has been given over to Satan in our own government. Bring shame & loss of power to any who are working against the welfare of our sons & daughters in I & A. Bring to light the truth in these days of deception. Please do encourage our troops in the Way that You alone have the power to do. They need you desperately God. Have mercy on our soldiers. Father, For the troops at Kunduz Air Base, I ask for Your presence to be very tanbible and bring comfort and hope to all of them. They walk in harms way every day so please keep a safety net of angels around them at all times and keep this a no casualty day in the Name of Jesus. AMEN!!

O Abba Father, we praise and honor you through your Son Jesus Christ as our Prince of Peace and Lord of lords who cares and comforts the lonely and helpless among our troops at Camp Bastion and Kunduz Air Base. We declare and claim in united faith that there is hope, assurance, and promises to claim that your favor, blessings, and deliverance from any physical and spiritual harm for our service men and women including their families back home as we intercede in Jesus’ holy and mighty name with your Holy Spirit inspiration to us as we serve and moved our being for your name’s sake. For the troops at Camp Bastion, i pray Your divine protection over them. Reveal the plans of the enemy, pour light into the dark places. I ask that your angels surround them and deliver them from all harm. raise up godly leaders that will listen to the wisdom given them from above.

Dear LORD..I agree with every intercession for our troops. Release any who have been taken captive. Give their families peace. Bring all of our troops home safe. Heal those who have been physically or mentally wounded in war. Help our veterans to adjust to life at home and bless our nation as we strive to live peacably with all men, protect innocent lives and stand against the forces of darkness in this world. Guide our military leaders. Remove those from power who are there for the wrong reasons. Replace them with humble, godly men who seek to do Your will. Give us as a nation, courage in difficulties. Comfort those who have lost their dearly loved ones in this awful war. Bring some hope to them and dry their tears. Surround them with support and love. Help us each to reach out to the troops, our war veterans and all of their families. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen

What a beautiful prayer today. How sweet to have Jesus by our side,giving us comfort, and reassurance. Father, would You draw those precious women and men to Yourself by Your Holy Spirit, through Christ Jesus, kiss them with Your Love and the assurance that You Love them. Cause the fear of death to flee as they know that they know they belong to You and You Are their Father.
The shields of the earth belong to You, Father, and today and the days to come, would You raise those shields up around the Base, causing attacks to be deflected and the counsel of the enemy be turned to foolishness! In The Name of Jesus Christ.

I will pray every day for your safety and for your safe passage home. I pray that my brother returns to his wife and child unharmed and that the Lord brings him home to us quickly.

Heavenly Father, whisper a love note to all the troops stationed in Afghanistan, and those who are stationed at Camp Kandahar Air Base. O, Lord, it could ONLY have been you who foiled the REPEATED Taliban attempts yesterday to ’smash’ the gates of Kandahar base by air and land! We stand speechless in awe of Your mighty sign of Your love for this base. We can only bow down low and THANK YOU for Your hope-filled show of Grace, Love and, Support! Praise You, Jesus, our Brother who knows how humans need such Support!

O Abba Father, we worship and adore you as our Creator, Healer and Protector of those who trust you by faith in Jesus’ name. You alone can uphold the troops at FBSalerno against any spiritual forces that come to kill, covet, and destroy the peacekeepers and peace-loving civilians in Afghanistan. No weapon from the enemy will overcome the power of your Spirit that sustains and empowers the troops especially the chaplains and other faithfuls among them who prays and set an example to the broken and needy souls among the troops and civilians.We pray and declare in Jesus’ merit that your blessing and favor be upon them at FOB Salerno as a shield.
