Yours alone is breath and life and movement and all of our being. We believe in You, Father, Son Jesus, and Holy Spirit; and we believe that You are a Rewarder of those who diligently seek You. We are diligently seeking You on behalf of the soldiers at CAmp Bastion, and we expect, because of Your promises, to be rewarded for our efforts. Reward THEM for their efforts to help the people of Afghanistan to be free of oppression. We ar easking in the strong and true name of Jesus our Savior and Deliverer, amen.

Lord, forgive us for looking to OUR abilities and capabilities in this war, OUR power and might, OUR technology. Father, help us to focus on You and Your might and power. Today, Father, we pray for you to show Yourself to our troops at Camp Bastion, YOUR mercy, YOUR grace, YOUR protection, YOUR strength. We pray that each troop there will come to know YOU and experience your strength and peace in their lives. Bastion means “fortification”–may they each turn to you as their Mighty Fortress. In the Name of Christ, the Name Above All Names.

O Abba Father, in Jesus mighty and holy name we pray for the steadfast love and healing grace for our troops at Camp Bastion. We are seeking and declaring your special anointing to all prayer warriors and the believers on the ground for favor and discernment how we can solicit more fatithful servants who will cry day and night for the deliverance of those faithful soldiers who are serving and protecting the innocents in Afghanistan. It is tough but with your Spirit there is power over darkness. Confusion, fear, and anxiety created by the troublemakers has no place in the hearts of our troops and the chaplains including the officers involved here at Pentagon and in Afghanistan as they carry on the ground operation for your glory and honor. Glory to our Prince of Peace and Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world!

“My whole being follows hard after You and clings closely to You; Your right hand upholds me. But those who seek and demand my life to ruin and destroy it shall [themselves be destroyed and go into the underworld of the dead]. They shall be given over to the power of the sword; they shall be a prey for foxes and jackals.
But the king shall rejoice in God; everyone that swears by Him [that is, who binds himself by God's authority, acknowledging His supremacy, and devoting himself to His glory and service alone; every such one] shall glory, for the mouths of those who speak lies shall be stopped.” Psalm 63:8-10.
Let these words apply to the solders at Kandahar today Lord, I ask in the name of Jesus, amen.

We praise and worship you Father God for the supernatural healing and deliverance from the enemy’ scheme for our troops at FOB Salerno today as your Son Jesus’ Lordship reigns with your Holy Spirit’s empowering the believers on the ground to outwit the deception from the evil ones for your glory and honor. With all the success and other blessings being poured on Afghanistan there will be a forthcoming breakthrough that is beyond human comprehension that will exalt the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A very wise Muslim women wrote a book “Nomad” and explained that when the word education is spoken by a Muslim it means tribal, family honor, women’s traditions (subjective to husbands and fathers, purity, genitile mutilation), etc. and to Westerners ‘education’ means books, math history and literature for boys and girls and has nothing to do with religion or social patterns of family and tribes.
We need to realize these differences. I pray we can talk and find common ground so that we can leave these nations shortly without wars, but votes.
I am so proud of our men and women in uniform and thank them. I hope they can understand these different lenses the locals see through and that we Westerners see through and talk! God bless you!
