Help these soldiers deal with today’s troubles and expose the emenies plan to destroy the lives. Keep their minds in tact and help them to resist the spirit of murder that is in that area. Help them to think on things that are pure and lovely and a good report. Cover them with Your precious Blood and protect them with Your righteous right hand, Lord.

Father, this is such a heartfelt, compassionate prayer, for those at Kamap Holland. A couple of other translations of the word, “lonely” are “wilderness” and “desert”. There must be many times when the soldiers feel like they are lost in a wilderness or desert, alone and forsaken.

But God…You are there, and You have promised to never, ever forsake them or leave them alone…so that they can say, “The Lord is my helper! What can man do unto me?” Thank You, Father, on behalf of the soldiers at Kamp Holland. I pray in the name of Your Son, Jesus, Who came and walked alone in the wilderness, desert places. Yet, as He often said, He was not alone, because You were with Him. Amen.

“Let the name of Jesus be a shield about them [the people of Kunduz Air Base] today…” A song about the name of Jesus comes to me:
“His name is Master, Savior, LION OF JUDAH, Blessed Prince of Peace.
Shepherd, Fortress, Rock of Salvation, Lamb of God is He.
Son of David, King of the Ages, Eternal Life, Holy Lord of Glory, His name is LIFE!”

Be all these things to the men and women of Kunduz air base today, Lord. And, as we are praying for protection for the children of Afghanistan, we pray also for the children of these service people at home. Bless them as we bless You, Father, in the name of Your Child, Jesus, amen.

Lord, Kunduz Airfield is the only base in that region of Afghanistan. There are only a handful Lord who are combat ready. Dear God, we cry out before you and we ask you to come and stand between the troops and the enemy. Be their rear and front guard Lord. Strengthen them Lord because you said, it is not by might but by your Holy Spirit that victory is won. We give you glory and praise for how you are standing for the soldiers in Kunduz Airfield. We lift them up before your throne of grace. Thank you for surrounding them with your deliverance in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.Amen!

Father God, the troops at Kunduz face not only physical dangers, but emotional and spiritual dangers as well. We sitting safely on American soil can not know the stresses in their experiences, yet you do. I ask, Sovereign Lord, that you encourage them today through your Holy Spirit. Motivate them to show your love and compassion to the innocent villagers they come in contact with, and to flee from the temptation to become hateful and vengeful. You have said that vengeance is yours and you will repay. Replace that hurt, disappointment, anger with your peace, your hope, and your love. We pray this in Jesus’ name.

So Father I pray for Kunduz Air Base, Lord I ask in Jesus name that the angel of the Lord would encamp around and about them as they carry out their various assignment. Lord I as that you would be their very present help today, give them wisdom far beyond their years for whatever they may encounter today and let you love flow from heart to heart and breast to breast. Lord you are magnificent and nothing is to hard for you allow the your joy to be their strength today. We thank you that your perfect love cast out all fear. Please allow these soldiers to know and experience your perfect love today.

Lord God, today is a new day and may the soldiers find hope, wisdom, compassion, and courage. Help them to look to you and not to themselves for the purpose and plan. Help them not to lean on their own understanding but know that You created heaven and earth. All things are in Your hand. Grant Your mercy today over these troops. Most of all give them Your hedge of protection.

Heavenly Father, who knows all and can do all; who made the heavens and the earth and all things between and beyond, please let you Angels guard the troops at Kandahar Airbase and all the troops today and every day. Keep them in the palms of your hand and surround them with the knowledge that you, the Almighty, are with them. If You, God, be with them, who can stand against them? Father, we rely on you alone to send your angels of protection around our troops. Lord I Thank you for giving your angels charge over them. Father I ask that you expose every evil trap of the enemy today open the eyes of their understanding allow the troops to see what you see. Cause the people in this region to see that they are there for their good, allow them to see you in our soldiers. Father I thank you for exposing wickedness in high places that no deception is hidden. And that you would deal with these principalities, that they would be cast down by your presence by your glory. We pray for the truth of your Word and the Light of your Son Jesus to bring freedom today. Father I ask that this would be done for your honor and glory in Jesus name Amen

The Heavens declare the glory of Him who made all things. Each day repeats the story, each night its tribute brings, to Earth’s remotest border His mighty power is known. In beauty grandeur order, His handiwork is shown,

In the deserts, in the emcampments along the Helmand River, Father, place a canopy of Love and Protection as the members of the recon battalion complete their mission. Return them to their camp and send them back to Camp Le Jeune safely.

I thank you Lord for all the angels that you have sent to protect these young men as they perform these acts of love for their country.

    In Your Precious Name. Amen
