Lord, I ask for Your wise counsel to be with the military officers serving with the Troops at Kandahar Air Base today. And those troops who do not have you as their personal saviour may their eyes be opened to see your grace. Help the people of Afghanistan know the true peace of Jesus!!!!!!!!!!

Abba Father we praise you in the mighty name of our Prince of Peace, Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who empowers your faithfuls among the troops at Kandahar Air Base as they live, reach out and serve their fellow service men and women especially with the civilians that they protect their freedom. Thank you Father in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus who comforts us as we claim in united faith the peace and true freedom for the troops and their family back home as they carry on their responsibility in Afghanistan for your glory and honor.Thank you Jesus that with your Holy Spirit as our Counselor and Teacher we are blessed to pray and uphold our troop and amazed to see your hand moving in their lives. In Jesus mighty name we pray and give thanks. Amen.

Father, Your written Word and Your Living Word say, “These things have I spoken unto you that in Me you may have peace [and confidence]. In the world you shall have tribulation [trouble and trial, and distress, and frustration]], but be of good cheer [take courage, be confident, certain, and undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]” John 16:33. I ask You to give those at Camp Leatherneck grace to live by this Word, in Jesus name, amen.
