Dear Lord: Your Holy Spirit must be hovering over Afghanistan because the prayers are so annointed. Each prayer is pulsating with the love and stated purposes in the Bible. We praise and adore and exult before You….we sing love songs and dance with an imaginary taboreen and banners because the Mighty God is considering Afghanistan….He is listening and sending prayer warriors that have hearts for God and love our US Military and care for their welfare. Our Jesus is receiving saintly prayers from Godly people and we can expect change for the good. I do believe that the Millenial Reign of Christ has begun but a Biblical New Day always starts in darkness. Gen 1…”It was the evening and the morning of a new day.” Let us pray until the dawn comes……the dawning of the days of peace. Jesus, please bring peace also to Jerusalem. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen

Let all who hear now to your temple draw near and praise you in glad adoration. You are worthy oh Lord. Victory belongs to you - escape from death is yours alone to provide. Protect your children, Lord, and draw more souls into Your Kingdom.

Oh, Lord, thank you for another day. Thank you we can come to you whenever we choose or when you draw us to be touched by your Spirit. Lord, may we honor you in all we do this day and we pray that you will use us according to your Will. Lord, May your angels hover over Afghanistan today and in the night. Protect our men and women as they try to protect the innocents there. They want peace Lord. Please Lord continue to guide our leaders to make the wise judgments. Please Lord if our leaders are on a wrong path bring their decisions to an end and bring about your own. Oh Lord we are at your mercy. Continue Lord to clean us up so we can become worthy of your mercy. Raise up honorable men and women in the private sector and in our government Lord to think not to pad their own pockets but to try to help those who need it. Lord, please draw our young people to you and may they become strong in the Lord for they will be our leaders one day. Continue Lord to draw us all to you and to pray daily for your will to be done in our country and in Afghanistan. Please Lord hear our pleas for your Spirit to awaken us into a deeper truth. We love You Lord, and we feel your presence more as we commune with you and as we feed on your Word. We honor You and we Praise You…..In Jesus’ Name..Amen

Dear Father in Heaven, I know that the victory is Yours, and You will certainly have Your way in every situation. What remains is how we might be willing, or unwilling to accept Your judgments and Your counsel, especially when it might involve something that we do not want to embrace, or something we might be reluctant to relinquish. But You are good, and though the way You mark for us sometimes appears to be difficult, You are always supplying every need of those who leave the choices up to You, and those who order their lives under the authority of Your known will. Heavenly Father, today in prayer for Afghanistan and some other nations it became clear to me that the problems might be perpetuated by the actions and choices of other world powers and the reluctance of some of our political leaders to do what is right, regardless of the cost. This would not be the first time in history that nations created terrible situations or supported evil regimes because it seemed more expedient to do so. The actions in the Middle East in the early 20th century, and those of the nations who refused to confront the evil that was forming in Europe in the 1930’s come to mind. Please help our political leaders to seek the course of integrity and righteousness, even at personal cost if necessary. I know for those who do what is right You will be there with all Your mighty power to catch them if they should happen to fall out of favor. Please raise up leaders of integrity and courage as You have from time to time in the past, and may such leaders set their intentions firmly in the direction of righteousness and truth at any cost. Please help us, who name Your Name in worship and in prayer to be very certain that we have submitted to Your counsel and Your authority. It just might be that by the righteous choices of even one individual You will topple many strongholds and set many captives free. May we examine our own hearts and be willing vessels in Your hand from this time on. Thank You for Your mercies, Dear God. In Jesus’ Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

Father, Blessed be Your holy name! Let Your kingdom come to Afghanistan, LORD, just as it is in heaven. Ignite the hearts of Your beloved in Afghanistan so that they will blaze for You. Let their words and their actions speak boldly of Your love and compassion. Bring dreams and visions to the people, LORD, so that they will know Jesus first hand. Bring revelation in the heavens and on the earth so that men can see and know the truth. Bless and keep all who call on Your name. Amen

    Father,
We ask you to increase your heavenly armies in Afghanistan to fight with, protect and strengthen those who have been sent in as an earthly army. We pray that you will cause increase of the earthly army along with your seven fold spirit and unity to be upon them. We ask for fear, wisdom and knowledge of you to bring your justice into Afghanistan and souls into your kingdom. We thank you and praise you for all you are about in Afghanistan. We desire to be unified in our hearts with your vision for Afghanistan. Thank you, Father in Jesus’ Name. Amen

Yes Lord, who is this King of Glory? “Peter, who do men say that I am? Lord, you are the Messiah, The Son of God.” Dearest Lord: You have been formally invited to enter the land of Afghanistan. Your Kingdom of rule on planet Earth is forthcoming and Aghanistan needs a Savior and a King. Please go through the gates and all entryways and make Your Kingly procession down every street and alleyway, in every place of worship of every idol false god. May they and all the high places of false gods be like the idol god Dagon which fell and broke to pieces before the Arc of God when it was captured. Let every knee begin to bow now to this King of Glory for what else can you do when the King comes to you? Let Afghanistan prepare for her Maker and her Ruler. Not only every knee will bow, ever false god thrown down in pieces, but the redemption of every soul of those who cry for peace, righteousness, justice and truth will begin. In Jesus Name let it begin, Amen

    Heavenly Father,

Thank You for hearing our prayers again this day. May our prayers for Afghanistan be constantly before You throughout the day and night from various points on the globe so that You will know how much the followers of Jesus care for those who live and work and serve in Afghanistan. We want the best for them and this is such a crucial time in that land. It is a time of decision making by the Commander-in-Chief. I pray he will make the wisest decision based on divine guidance from You. I pray that You will bless his decision with a good outcome for all the troops in Afghanistan. Please make a way for the lives of all the soldiers and support workers to be saved from any harm. I pray the plans of the enemy forces will break down and not have one inch of territory claimed in the war. Abba, You know who the terrorists are and what it would take to change their hearts. Please shatter the cold hard stone hearts and piece them back together in a way that they would be pleasing to You and have a love of Jesus and Your word. Please let the people of the land see the truth and no longer live under the lies of the Taliban. Let all worship, glory and honor come to You for the freedom You alone bring to the people. May peace come quickly, Lord, even if it takes war to make it happen. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen

Chase after and catch one person today for your glory. Reveal yourself to them that they might know who you are. Holy Spirit help one heart surrender to the King of Kings, to start a new life today and be an instrument of peace to those around them.

Lift up our soldiers who are weary and who have given up hope. Send them something special that would reveal your love and protection to them. Bring unity to those who fight side by side in this war.

Oh God we come to you this morning praising your Holy Name. Thank you for your faithfulness to us, Lord. Let us never take you for granted. You tell us in Lamentations that your mercies are new every morning. I experience your mercy this morning. Hear the prayers of all those listed here, Lord. Whatever their needs are please answer them. We bring to you the people of Afghanistan today, Lord. Protect them and guide them into your truth. Be with the soldiers and give them compassion for them. And please protect them Lord so they can do what you have called them to do. And Lord please protect our President and his family. Do not let evil schemes harm him. And Lord you have him there by your design and you tell us in scripture to pray for those in authority over us. You raise leaders up and you bring them down. Please draw our President to You Lord….may he come to know you in a way he has not known. Then he can do your will for us and lead us in a Godly way. Clean up America Lord. Continue to raise up prayer warriors Lord. We have left our first love, Lord, and we need you to draw us back. Hear our cries Lord. And we thank you for hearing us and giving us your peace. We love you Lord and we thank you for always being there for us when we sometimes are not there for you. We give this to you with Thanksgiving in Jesus’ Name. Amen

Thank You, LORD, for hearing our prayers for Afghanistan. Thank You that You care for us - wanting us to be righteous like You.

Father, today, speak to the hearts of those in authority in Afghanistan. Give them no peace until they make right decisions, until they turn away from their evil and perverse ways. Cause them to stumble when they try to follow the path of deception and corruption. LORD, I know that some of the things they do is the way that business and government has been done for years, but this generation could stop it. Open the eyes of their hearts to see the truth. Give them courage to make changes. And bless them when they begin to act and speak with righteousness. In Jesus’ name. Amen

Dear Father in Heaven, reading over Jan’s prayer today has made me thoughtful. As we pray for Your will to be done in Afghanistan and other nations, we need to pray for our own nation as well, with passion and concern. Help us who know Your Name to so represent You in our own homeland that Your light might shine brightly, and many be drawn to You and to Your wisdom. Help us to be diligently in prayer for our political leaders and actively involved in learning about the candidates and the important issues when we have occasion to vote. Please, please help us to not be informed politically by the continuous jabber we hear from TV hosts or movie makers who would try to shape our political ideals. Please help us to see corruption in our own society for what it is, and not give our consent to it or treat it as being of little significance. You have said that a little leaven spreads throughout the whole lump of dough. So it is with sin and corruption. Please revive our churches to draw near to You and seek the washing and reviving of Your Holy Spirit so that we might truly represent You in our communities, our nation and in the world, and so that we might have the moral authority to take our stand against the darkness and the evil of this world. Thank You Jesus that in Your Name all these things are possible. Without You we cannot do a thing, but with You, all things are possible. Hallelujah! Please be praised and glorified in all the earth today. In Your Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

God bless YOU! Now MORE THAN EVER we need to press into prayer for Afghanistan. The last 2 months have reported the worst death toll for troops. There’s simply a BIG BATTLE going on for this region, would you please do whatever you can do to push the prayer focus for this and recruit folks to jump in with us on this Afghan Prayer Patrol.

    Remember:

Let’s do some ‘cashing IN’ for God’s will in Afghanistan, shall we?
