Father, almighty King, rule and reign – let Thy Kingdom come in the hearts and lives of the mighty men of valor as they wrest from the evil one that which is righfully yours; confuse the wicked plans, Wisdom be the portion of those who seek to do righteously, cover and conceal from the enemy those who are fighting for freedom and liberty for all peoples, until you come as Peace

Lord,we thank you for the strides already made in Afghanistan, and ask you to impart your wisdom over our military commanders and president Obama in the right steps to take to keep the Taliban from taking control again. We come against their tyranny and acts of violence that defeats all purposes of freedom and peace in that country. We stand firm with the president of Afghanistan in his leadership and ask divine help for him in leading the country out of war into a time of peace and rebuilding. May the country of Afghanistan rise out of the ashes of war, and rebuild with the help of other countries into a more prosperous country free of the need to grow opiats in order to have an income. Let businesses be built on the sands to give them legitimate income and healthy work for their hands. Then may peace be able to last where now is misery and poverty. Their leader keeps asking for help in these areas, Lord, make the ears he speaks to listen and hear with favor his requests. May countries rise up to help this man accomplish all that he needs to do to change his country’s fortunes and it’s warring into peace and defeat the Taliban. Praise your holy name Lord Jesus, you are the comforter, the prince of Peace We give you the glory, now and forever, Amen

Lord tonight I pray Psalm 35:4 – Let them be put to shame and dishonor who seek and require the life of the troops in Afghanistan; let them be turned back and confounded who plan their hurt!
Lord we also pray for all the lost souls in Afghanistan who do not know Jesus as Lord Grant then visions and dreams of Your great mercy and goodness.

Dear Father in Heaven, thank you for today’s prayer prompt. Wisdom is so needed in leadership at all times, and especially in the delicate situations in Afghanistan today. Please give the leaders and commanders extraordinary wisdom that will help them provide for the safety of the troops and also for an effective help for the Afghan people. May Afghanistan be set free from tyranny and oppression, as well as all the social evils and corruption that trouble a nation where a drug trade has been flourishing. Please be a shield of safety surrounding each one in Afghanistan today who is searching for peace and righteousness and truth, and please be the Victor over the enemy who would seek to keep people in bondage in any form. Thank You for Your great mercy on hearing our prayers. In Jesus’ Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

I pray specifically today for our nephew, Richard. Lord, bless Him with a new awareness of You and Your Protection. Extend this to all the other Richard’s in Afghanistan today. May they call out to You in their need and raise voices of praise as You show Your Mighty Hand on their behalf. Protect the Afghani people from destruction and harm and may they clearly see Your Hand of Love. Thank You, Jesus,
    Amen

Lord we lift up our service men and women today as they stand in harms way. Holy Spirit guide and direct their paths, draw them to Jesus that they will see their true enemy behind the ones that they war with and know that the Battle is the Lord’s. May they may have peace and victory in Jesus name, as they faithfully serve. Encourage those who have lost their friends and left families behind to answer the call to serve.

Abba Father! Send Your Holy Spirit to strike terror into the hearts of terrorists. Cause them to flee in total panic. We pray that You will pursue them Holy Spirt until they can no longer run and turn to see You and fall to their knees and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and be delivered from the enemy of all men. In JESUS’s Mighty and Holy Name!

    Hi Prayer Patrol,
Here are several scriptures that God gave me specifically for our military. Proverbs3: 21-26, Psalms18: 31-36 and Psalms 94: 18-19 and 22. We had a prayer team going while my son was in boot camp for the Marines and we claimed these for those young men and my son said he felt the presence of the Lord and felt peace and had restful sleep even though there was noise of gun fire and war sounds all around him during the last 53 hours of his training known as the Crucible. I have been praying for our Marines ever since they began going into Afghanistan for a spiritual covering on them while they slept and were on patrol. The Marines are the first ones in during war. I also pray for all military men and women everywhere in the world. i am so happy to see a prayer team started for our military in Afghanistan.
God Bless America and Our Military!!

God bless YOU! Now MORE THAN EVER we need to press into prayer for Afghanistan. The last 2 months have reported the worst death toll for troops. There’s simply a BIG BATTLE going on for this region, would you please do whatever you can do to push the prayer focus for this and recruit folks to jump in with us on this Afghan Prayer Patrol.

    Remember:

“Prayer is to the Christian what capital is to the business man.” L.Ravenhill

Let’s do some ‘cashing IN’ for God’s will in Afghanistan, shall we?

Thank you for pushing the plow of God’s purposes in Afghanistan forward with your prayers! Our prayers ARE making a difference. You will see His rewards released.
