Father, I bless Your holy name! How wonderful You are! Thank You for hearing our prayers regarding Afghanistan.

Today, LORD, send confusion into the enemy camps. Just like those days when You disrupted the enemies of Israel but sending them wrong information and causing them to fight themselves, I ask that You disrupt all attempts by the enemy to cause death and distruction in Afghanistan today. Let their communications be confusing, their plans incomplete, and their actions clumsy and disorganized. Give them no peace - no sleep.

And let those soldiers and police who are are defending and protecting the Afghan people prosper in all that they do. Let their plans be wise and the actions sure and true. And give them success, LORD.

Father, I also pray for those soldiers who are missing and for the ones who are searching for them. Protect them all and bring them all home safely. In Jesus’ name. Amen

Heavenly Father,

How great You are! You receive us and welcome our prayers because we come in the name of Jesus. How sweet it is to have Him as our friend. You have made a good life for the Christians because we can learn to be content in all circumstances and we have great joy through knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior. Thank You for the multitude of blessings all over the globe. I ask that You would zero in on Afghanistan and take particular notice of what the ones are doing there who are plotting evil and violence. Do you see their dedication to wickedness? I know it does not escape Your supernatural vision. Please Lord, thwart those evil plans. Do not let them sprout out of the planning stage. Cut down the budding plots before they cause any harm. And if it is Your will I pray that hearts would be soften with the blow of having their plans thwarted and that they will see the error of their ways and that they will have a way to meet Jesus. Please, let Jesus visit them in their dreams and call them to Himself or some other way that only You can think of Lord. We need those enemies to become friends. You turned Saul into Paul. Do it again, Lord, I pray. In the name of Jesus, Amen

Dear Father in Heaven, I praise You for Your wonderful ways, and how very great are Your mercies toward us!! I thank You that You hear all our prayers. I have known You to be extraordinarily sensitive to the smallest and weakest of my prayers. You are never hard of hearing, but rather, You hear us even before we have understood our own hearts and learned how to articulate our prayers to You. And You seem to delight to work in ways far greater than anything we could ask, think or imagine. Thank You, so much, for all things, and for all these graces You extend to us.

Today I was praying for Afghanistan that the people of that nation, even the tribals who have previously favored the Taliban, would no longer favor them, protect them or support them. I pray that there would be a rejection of their harsh and extremist ways, and a softening of hearts. I pray for Afghanistan to be able to find a foundation for building a just and peaceful nation in which the citizens may have room to live and grow and learn without fear. Dear Heavenly Father, in considering the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall this week it is inspiring to realize how You brought about liberation for the German people out of what had long appeared to be an impossible circumstance, and this also eventuated in the liberation of many other nations from the oppressive system they had suffered under. There is testimony that this great liberation all began with the prayers of a few who believed it was possible, and the faithful service of those willing to minister to others at great personal risk and cost. Dear Father in Heaven, please do the same for Afghanistan, bringing down not a physical wall and barrier this time, but an invisible stronghold that has been keeping precious souls captive to addictions, corruption and terror. Please have Your way in Afghanistan. May it be Your will that is done on earth as it is in Heaven. Thank You, Father in Heaven. In Jesus’ Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

Father, Your Word is Truth. We hear that Truth is what a person makes it. This is an insidious lie. Father, thank You for the Truth for the Truth has made us free. Father, we ask that You protect our men and women in the armed forces here and abroad. Cover them with angels’ wings, help them know they are loved and cherished. Those without families or loved ones at home help them to know that strangers are loving them and cherishing them. Sight unseen. We don’t have to see them to know they are heroes in our eyes and hearts. Help them to feel our love today, in Jesus’ Name, Amen

Father I thank you for sending the angels before our troops and to encamp round and about them let your peace be a weapon against the violent in Afghanistan. Thank you for being the protection and shield of those serving the nation of Afghanistan and the people that live there. In Jesus name Amen

Lord, We pray for the soldiers fighting on both sides that they would LIVE. We speak Life over all. We ask you God to help our leaders make the right and perfect discisions that will bring about defeat to the enemies of darkness that have taken over the land for years. We ask for your revelation to the Afgans and NATO/Amer troops. We ask God for You to win the hearts and minds of all the people. We come against principalities that are hell bent to destroy and steal the lost. We stand with You Lord over the enemies of our heart, mind, and soul. We love you Lord and we love your justice. Yes, Lord, cause ALL weapons aimed at our US SOldiers to misfire, fall harmlessly to the ground, or just jam in some way. Lord, the world is rapidly becoming like Noah’s time where “The thoughts and imaginations of man”, in this case the enemies of our Soldiers, “is on evil continually.” And we know what action you took as You said in Genesis 6, “The end of all flesh has come before me.” But Lord, your rainbow in the sky is to show you won’t use water this time, but we know that you are going to use fire. “Heaven and earth will dissolve with fire.” Before then teeming millions are “in the valley of decision”. Jesus Christ is the only provision God made for attaining Heaven. May Holy angels go and fight for our US Soldiers and draw them to their Maker. They will be VERY OK if they choose You Lord. Keep them safe in Your everlasting Arms! Destroy their enemies before their very eyes. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen

“Blessed be the Lord, Who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth. Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped. Our help is in the name of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.” Psalm 124:6-8.

Thank You, Abba Father for freeing the people of Afghanistan and our military from the traps, and snares prepared for them by the enemy. You alone are able to cause impossible escapes, as You did for Your Son when crowds of the irate attempted to kill Him before His time. Do miracles of deliverance in Afghanistan today. We may never hear about these miracles on the nightly news, but we trust You to do them in response to our prayers, and in the name of Your Son, our Savior, Jesus, amen.

Be glorified today, dear Lord. We love You very much for first loving us.

Heavenly Father,
Cause those who are able to do so to send more troops on land physically and troops from your heavenlies for such a time as this in Afghanistan.

Like the many battles of old where only a few men were in your army…you took the mighty armies against you and caused desscention, malice and may-ham within their ranks so that they destroyed themselves…there is nothing you cannot do in heave or earth. You can once again bring about these events where the innocent are protected by your mighty hand. We ask and pray that Your mighty hand shield the innocent and stir up the enemy against itself. Redeem and restore this nation of Afghanistan for your will and purpose. Amen

Lord lend your hand of mercy and grace to those who follow after you. Touch the heart of one soldier for your glory today and give him your peace and protection. Thank you that your hand is at work in the lives of all of those who are in this city. Defend, redeem and restore as only you can do today.

Father I lift up to You the families of the men and women who serve in the armed forces. I pray they will learn to trust You and seek You. Lord, I pray for the officers who daily face difficult decisions. They know their commands place their troops in harm’s way and those officers must live with the consequences of their choices. I pray Father they will look to you for wisdom and insight that is far beyond themselves and they will give You glory. Blest is the nation whose God is the Lord.

Father thank you for giving us Your Word. We know that it holds power.

Hallelujah. You are worthy to be praised. Protect all of the men going by these planted roadside bombs. I stand in agreement that none will be hurt. I pray that the men serving in the armed forces will KNOW it is YOU who has protected them from danger. I pray that the ones who are not serving you will come to know you. Send your laborers into the field and convict by your Holy Spirit. let them know that they are incomplete without you and are badly in need of a savior. Hallelujah. Have your way oh Lord.
