Lord I glorify you name today I come to you this morning for your people of Afghanistan. Lord I ask that hope would arise today because of you mighty presence. Lord as we pray today we ask for a miracle. Father that you would heal their blindness and Afghanistan would see how great and wonderful you are and their hope would arise in you as in Isaiah 60:1-2 Arise and shine for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people, but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
Father let your glory been seen over your people in Afghanistan cause corruption and evil influence to bow to your presence and never to arise the second time in Jesus name Amen.

Amen! Come LORD JESUS! We honor and praise and exalt and glorify and magnify YOUR HOLY NAME! HALLELU-YAH!

Lord, Help us to keep our eyes on You today. No matter what the troops face today Lord, You are with them and You love them more than any other. Make Your self known to them today in a special way Lord. Cover them with Your presence like a blanket. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord Jesus, we welcome you in our lives today. We honor you and thank you that you are our source. Oh Lord give us your insight daily as we go about doing what we are called to do. We bring to you this morning the people of Afghanistan. Hold them in your Hand. Enable the soldiers to bring protection to them. Give military leaders and all those in authority over us divine wisdom in dealing with this war. We pray you will raise up people throughout this country to be prayer warriors. Cleanse each of us Lord so we can more affectively pray and follow your guidance. Lord thank you that you are faithful to us even when we are not faithful to you. We love you Lord, and we thank you for hearing our prayers. We give these requests with thanksgiving. In Jesus’ Name. Amen

Dear Lord,
Today I ask that you would release the tension felt by the people and their children in Afghanistan. I ask that a determination would prevail over the people that they would want peace not war. That you would feel the peoples mind with thoughts of freedom to live their lives without the threat of war. Also, Lord I agree with the prayer above that Your Will Be Done in Afghanistan. As a militarymom and family readiness leaders I ask that you would walk side by side with the men and women serving in Afghanistan and around the world. Also, be with their families back in the USA, and supply all their needs. I lift up the Chaplains that are in the theater of war, give them divine words of wisdom to lift the spirits of the military men and women up in Afghanistan. Let the Chaplains sermons deliver the words you want spoken to these men and women. Bring large amounts of soldiers to the Sunday services and filled them with your presences. Our soldiers live in tight quarters and have no privacy, but give their mines the privacy it needs through restful sleep. I thank you Father that you are a God of Love, Mercy, and Omniscient, you know the needs of our soldiers.

Lord, you say in your Word to let the children come to you for such is the kingdom of heaven. Lord, we ask that the Afghani children would be allowed to come to you. Lord, we pray that you would loose the spirit of adoption over the Afghani children that they may cry Abba Father. Lord, we ask that you would move and have your being among the children. Lord, we ask that the children would lead them. Lord, we pray that out of the mouth of babes and sucklings you have perfected praise, and Lord, we release your praises in the name of Jesus over these precious litle ones. Bless them, keep them, shine your face on them, and Lord, touch them. Heal them of all their diseases. In this war-torn country, Lord, I ask that you would heal them from all of their wounds — emotional, physical, and spiritual. Thank you, Lord!!! In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

O LORD, How thankful I am that You are on Your throne and that You are sovereign - not to be influenced by the things that blow us around. How wonderful that we can unload all our cares and concerns on You! So thank You, today for what You are going to do in Afghanistan for the children and innocent ones. Protect them from the enemy of their souls, LORD. Keep them close to You, so close that they begin to know You and who You are. Just as You have made Yourself known to children over the thousands of years, so reveal Yourself to the young children in Afghanistan. I am especially thinking of those who have lost a parent or perhaps both parents. Consider also those who are just lonely and afraid. Comfort them and draw them close to You. Thank You, Father, for blessing children. Amen

Dear Father in Heaven, I know that You are faithfully at work in all the earth. Loving Heavenly Father, may those in Afghanistan who have sinned against the innocent and the children of that nation be suddenly struck with powerful conviction, from Your Spirit, of sin, of righteousness and of judgment. May they be painfully aware of their guilt before You, and brought to repentance, to a change of heart, and a change in how they live their lives. May You provide shelters for the weak members of Afghanistan society, including the children, and the means for them to grow and learn and develop into the men and women You have intended them to be. Please bless the aid workers who work with and who advocate on behalf of the children. Please carefully watch over the safety of each one in Afghanistan whose heart and actions are committed to the well-being of these children, and those who are working on their behalf. Please bring a complete end to practices and activities that demean or harm the children, and please show clearly that Your favor is with those who help them, and with those who protect them. May those who would bring harm to one of these little ones be profoundly aware that Your indignation is against them and You will repay, unless they repent of their wicked thoughts and their wicked deeds. Thank You for hearing our prayers, and for testifying of Your goodness and Your mercy in all the earth. Thank You, Lord. In Jesus’ Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

Dearest Abba YAHWEH in YESHUA’S name i pray you send your angels to gaurd ,keep safe and keep the peace in Afganistan for the Afgan people and for all our USA Troops and in Pakistan for it’s people and their protection as well. Dear Lord: Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world. I have heard this Gospel song all my life! We cannot enter into Heaven unless we become like that little child in the picture. This doesn’t mean that we are to be immature. Not at all. God wants us to be mature Christians, ready for the “meat” of the Gospel. What the child epitome’s is the innocence, the trusting, the unconditional love and wonder and joy of the heart of a child. We are God’s children and He is our Father and He loves all His children. Let us try to remember all the Afghan children caught in this war and we ask You Lord to sustain and oversee their lives as they are caught in the crossfires of war, death and devastation. They need Jesus as much as we do. Thank You Lord for hearing our Jesus Prayers today. Amen

We ask for the “Day of the Child” today Lord! Protect the children of Afghanistan today…the innocent Lord. Send your angels to watch over them and be present with them. VINDICATE THE AFFLICTED!!! Amen.

Father watch over those who are suffering in this war between heaven and earth, between good and evil. I call on you mighty God to send your angels to help these people and our soldiers. Give wisdom and insight into the spirit world to those in leadership. May they seek your face before making major decisions. Guide them into victory this day.

I thank you that you have heard our prayers and that you come to our aid in times of trouble. Thank you that you are so faithful.

Lord God Almighty, Creator of all life, You have said through YOur Son, “Allow the little children to come to Me, and hinder them not; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” And You have said that You are the Father of the fatherless, and the protector of orphans. Lord Jesus even told His followers, before He died on the cross, “I will not leave you orphans…”

We bless and praise You, Father, because You love these little children in Afghanistan more than we can possibly imagine. Cause them to dwell under the shadow of Your wings, and in the cleft of Your Rock while the storm passes by.

Let them see Jesus in dreams and visions. Cause them to hear His voice and smell His fragrance and experience His touch and taste His goodness. Be glorified in their lives today. I ask this in the name of Jesus Who is the Creator and Advocate of children, amen.

Lord, You have declared children as a heritage from you. Gracious God, thank you for holding each child in the palm of your hands today. Thank you for the special favor for each fatherless/motherless child crying out for help. We come on their behalf Lord and ask that you send your holy angels to minister to them, just as You have sent your ministering angels for Hagar and Ishmael in the dessert. Fill each child with your peace and joy in their hearts. Provide their physiological, emotional needs. Send people along their path to help and guide them. Protect them from evil men and women and evil circumstances. Thank you that you will fulfill your original plans in their lives in the precious Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!

Father I thank you that we your children can stand in the gap for the children of Afghanistan. We cry Abba Father, protect these children from harms way allow them to have the gift of being a child. Allow them to know their value to you. Father I pray that your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Please give your angels charge over the children, that there would be no more sacrifice of innocent blood. We thank you father, we love you for you mercy endures forever.

Father We come before your throne, we donot deserve your mercy or your grace. We thankyou Lord for who you are. We give you all honor and praise this morning. Thankyou Father for your mercy and your grace. Open up the ears and eyes of your people Father. IUn Jesus Name Amen

O Lord, you are our awesome God to whom we can go to praise you and seek you. Thank you Lord for your faithfulness to us. Please Lord hear the prayers of your people. Draw us all to you as we go through these hard times. Hold our country in your protective Hand. Move in our leaders to make the right decisions regarding this war. Protect the innocent people caught in the midst of violence. Move your spirit within our military, the leaders and the fighting men and women. Give them peace and protection as they continue to be in harm’s way. Raise up people in this country to become prayer warriors. We give this to you with thanksgiving.

Father, I adore You and worship You because You are the Mighty God who first loved us and made a way for us to be reconciled with You. And I am thankful that You have included me in Your plan for redeeming the world. Because of Your plan for me, I am praying today for Afghanistan. LORD, let Your mercy and grace cover all the innocent civilians today. Don’t let the enemy harm any of the children or their mothers and fathers or the old people. And protect all the soldiers and police and security personnel who are honest in their work and intent. I ask that the evil ones be found out or because of their guilty hearts, seek for a change in their lives and look for truth and forgiveness from You. LORD, I have heard how Your Holy Spirit visits people in countries like Afghanistan and reveals Jesus to them. I ask that You allow that today, LORD, so that many more can come to know Jesus, the Savior of the world! Amen

Dear Father in Heaven,
My heart has been going out to the people of Afghanistan ever since I first heard of the terrible oppression and abuses they endured under Taliban rule. Forgive us, Father in Heaven, for our complacency in the west as we live in peace and outrageous luxury, even in this time of economic downturn, and have little thought for the poor and oppressed of this earth. Forgive us for ever electing leaders who convinced us that the illusion of economic prosperity was all that mattered, and who empowered the oppressors of this world to thrive and prosper, even while trampling underfoot the rights and needs of the poor. This is past history for Afghanistan, where al Quaeda actually received support from western governments, but a present reality in other nations today such as China, where oppression has been severely escalated while we turned a blind eye to abuses and failed to care enough to make these governments accountable.

Now in Afghanistan we have a proper mess on our hands as, after having enjoyed many years of despotic rule in that nation the Taliban has been empowered and is unwilling to relinquish their control. Thus our young men and women lay down their lives in payment for the sins and indulgences of the older generation, my generation it would seem, and the barely won freedoms for the people of Afghanistan are threatened with collapse.

We severely need Your help. The women and the children of Afghanistan profoundly need Your help and mercies, as does every decent and peace-loving citizen of that nation.

Thank You for our troops who are in Afghanistan working so very hard to make a difference there. Will You have mercy on us all and help them today to push back the enemy, and to liberate that strategic nation from oppression and corruption? Will You help the Pakistani forces on their side of the border to drive the Taliban out of all their hiding places, and may the forces on both sides of the border be able to work together to bring an end to this evil? Help us to remember the lessons of the 1930’s, that evil left unchecked and unchallenged is not content to rest in its own dominions, but is greedy to conquer and to control ever increasing territories, and will spill out over its borders every time, unless it is stopped.
