Lord God of Heaven and Earth, release Afghanistan from it’s past and open the floodgates of heaven with peace and mercy for all there. Open there eyes to the possibilities of a new future and let your word flow into their hearts and minds that it will not return void so that your perfect will may be done in their lives and all will glorify your name that the name of Jesus be lifted up so that all men will be drawn to you. Lord your lovingkindness is everlasting, let it shine today and everyday. Let your glory fill the earth. Protect those who are working to make it a safer, better country with your protecting angels and punish the treacherously wicked as you see fit in your wisdom, or turn their hearts to peace. Thank you for your Great Love. Tim O.

Father, we know You have led us to Afghanistan to bring freedom and truth to this nation, that evil and hate will be not prevail. Be with the Military and Police as they daily live to do Your will for this Country. Fill them with calm, peace and strength, give them wisdom, courage and discernment as they go through each day. We plead the 91st Psalm over each one of them knowing that You are with them. Send forth Angels to form hedges surrounding them, that no weapon formed against them will prosper.
Bring freedom and victory, that hate and evil will be replaced with laughter and love. Keep these beloved people from harm. We pray in Jesus name. Amen

Lord, I pray for all the people who have been raised in darkness, that You would open their eyes. I pray for every Christian in Afghanistan, that You would enable them to demonstrate Your love in such away that they would be drawn to You. May You reveal Yourself in supernatural ways, and may the millions who walk in darkness be drawn to your light.

Let righteousness, justice, truth and peace prevail in Afghanistan, Dear Father in Heaven. All things are possible with You, even those things that seem impossible in human terms. Please encourage the people in that nation who seek after these things, and help them to find Your way, and Your answers to the troubles that have plagued that nation. May Your Kingdom come, and may Your will prevail over Afganistan. May the enemy of souls be rebuked and may many be quickly released from bondage to evil, violence and deception. There is such a need in that land, Dear Lord. May Your purposes for Afghanistan be fulfilled according to Your intentions and Your design. In Jesus’ Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

Heavenly Father, Holy is Your Name. In the Name above all names, Jesus, I pray for mercy for this nation, for our troops, and our leaders. Hear our pleas. Aid and comfort our soldiers and send the Holy Spirit to guide them. Destroy those that are trying to inflict harm and destruction. I lift up all that are hurting - Lord, have mercy. Robert M, Austin R, Travis R and the squads they serve with, protect and shield them from all harm. Open their hearts to accept Your salvation and truth. Thank You, Father, in Jesus’ name I ask, amen.

Gracious Lord, cover over with Your almighty hand like an umbrella Your precious people who are called by Your name and protect them from the evil one who incites hatred and jealousy among the people. Give them strength and courage to face each day with the peace that only You can give. Let Your love penetrate to the center of their being that Your will may be done. In the name of Jesus Christ I ask this.

    Heavenly Father
I bring before your throne all the Christians in Afghanistan and ask that you bless them and use them to spread your hope in this land.
Grant them courage as they face so many unknown situations and bless them with safety at all times.
Be with all the troops and keep them same from the schemes of the evil ones.
Bless them and enable them to bring peace to this troubled land. Grant to them the knowledge that they are providing a much needed service in Afghanistan.

Father I ask you to touch the heart of one person today. Open the eyes of their understanding so they might know you better. Confuse the minds of those who promote wickedness in this city and reveal the plans that are made in secret.

Please protect our soldiers and their families today from harm and give them your peace that passes understanding in Jesus name.

2 Corinthians 9:5-9: Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren to go to you ahead of time, and prepare your generous gift beforehand, which you had previously promised, that it may be ready as a matter of generosity and not as a grudging obligation.
6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 9 As it is written:

“He has dispersed abroad,He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.”
    NKJV

Father, as the soliders give their lives in service of Your Kingdom in Christ, provide them with every need that comes up against them. Expose the works of the enemy with eyes that are spiritual to see the war that is taking place over their heads in heavenly places as well before them.
Let them know that You have them covered with the shaddow of Your wings and that every spiritual blessing are already theirs in Christ!!! In Jesus Name

I am keeping all our service men and women in prayer, three of which I know personally as friends and family. God bless you for doing this. I love Psalm 91 and pray it over them, may God send angels to protect them and keep them close to Him. Let them know they are never alone. Bless each family in Afganistan and help them to attain the freedom they want so desperately. Let them feel Your Presence Oh God and know you in a real and personal way!

    Amen

Lord, I pray for all of our men and women in Afghanistan. I pray for their peace and safety. I pray that you will give them wisdom. Let them hear Your voice and carry out Your direction and plans. We know that You are Lord of everyone and everything and that You know the best way to deal with evil. Give them discernment so that they can look at the people and know if they plan to do evil. Keep them safe, Dear Lord. Hear the prayers of their famileis and friends so that their soldier may come home and they don’t have to receive that dreadful knock on their door. Amen

Loving Heavenly Father, You are worthy of praise in all the earth! Heavenly Father, my heart has been burdened for the nation of Afghanistan that has been given over to violence, oppression and corruption. I pray for victory for Afghanistan today in the heavenly places. I truly believe it is Your heart to liberate the oppressed people of that nation from the tyranny that has oppressed them. Please bring about Your purposes and set the captives free from the devices of wicked individuals and from spiritual darkness. My heart goes out to Nato forces that have been serving there for almost a decade, and to the families who have a loved one serving in that nation, many of them on their second or third rotation. Thank You for the hard work, sacrifice and devotion of the forces. Even though evil is stubbornly resistant, Dear Father, I pray that all the hard work and effort that have been applied will result in a better Afghanistan in which the people can freely live and work.

Bless each family in Afghanistan. I pray that You would put it in the heart of fathers and heads of households to resist evil and corruption in every form it manifests itself and to work for the liberation and well-being of their families and their descendants. Please powerfully bless the families that have loved ones serving there. Please keep the troops safe and give them a keener sense of discernment to be forewarned when danger might be hidden on their path. I pray the locals will welcome the troops and will do all they can to support them and to work alongside of them for a long-awaited free Afghanistan. In Jesus’ Precious and Holy Name. Amen.

Abba, Our hearts are heavy for those who are suffering because of the acts of evil men, who are the hands of Satan to bring death and distruction to the people of Afganistan. Your Son Jesus is the Prince of Peace. May your kingdom of Peace and righteousness be establish in the hearts of the Afgan people. May they know the liberation of knowing and serving You. May they know the joy that only your Holy Spirit can bring. Reveal Jesus to the Afgan people and draw their hearts toward You through Jesus, Your Son. Amen

Father, in the natural it would seem impossible to bring peace to this place that is cloaked in darkness. But, Father, when your angel told Mary she would conceive the Christ, she knew that was an impossible situation as well. But when she asked the angel said, “The Holy Spirit shall come upon you and the POWER of the HIGHEST will overshadow you, therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.” God - an impossible situation!

My prayer, Father is that the Holy Spirit will come upon the men and women of Afganistan, all the soldiers fighting, all the Taliban and the POWER of the HIGHEST will overshadow each and everyone and that which is born out of that overshadowing will be LIFE, and will bring forth LIFE to the glory of You, Father! Amen and Amen

God bless YOU! Now MORE THAN EVER we need to press into prayer for Afghanistan. The last 2 months have reported the worst death toll for troops. There’s simply a BIG BATTLE going on for this region, would you please do whatever you can do to push the prayer focus for this and recruit folks to jump in with us on this Afghan Prayer Patrol.

    Remember:

Let’s do some ‘cashing IN’ for God’s will in Afghanistan, shall we?
