Praise God and Jesus for His faithfulness and purpose in our childrens lives in Afghanistan…..AMEN

Yes, arise, O Lord, and let your enemies be scattered. For we do not fight against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers in the heavenly realm. We fight against the spirit of this age who is at war with You, Lord. The evil one is making himself seen in Iraq and Afghanistan, but he shall not win the battle. I declare that You are the Victor. Hasten the day when all will have had a chance to hear the Gospel and every knee bows and every tongue acknowledges You King of kings and Lord of lords. Maranatha!

Lord strengthen these people, your soldiers and your prayer warriors to stay the course of this fight. Give us a victory today as a sign of encouragement. Do not let evil overcome good but let good overcome evil.

Thank You, Father, for Your mercies that are new every morning. Shower them down on our troops in Afghanistan today, LORD. Let them feel and know that they are in Your hands. Let Your Holy Spirit guide and direct them in their thoughts and actions so that they are effective against the enemy. Work through the lives of Your believers so that the lives of those who don’t know You will be affected. LORD, I bless the work of Your hands! Amen

Dear Father in Heaven, thank You for the diligent work of our soldiers in Afghanistan. Thank You for their willingness to be engaged in this conflict with the goal to suppress evil and bring safety to the vulnerable of the earth. Loving Heavenly Father, my heart goes out to the families whose loved one has fallen in Afghanistan because of this cause. I pray that their sacrifice will count for much in victory over oppression and terror and the establishment of justice and of peace. I pray for the comfort and encouragement of the families who have loved ones over there at this time. I especially pray for the safety of the troops as they go about their duties, and for their success and satisfaction for a job done effectively and done well. Please give great wisdom to the commanders, and may our government leaders also have all needed wisdom and discernment to equip and to empower these brave soldiers to do their work in greater safety. May these troops have everything they need to be able to finish well what has been started. May Your will be done in Afghanistan. May every one of our soldiers be mindful that You are near at hand, and may they learn to call upon You and to respond quickly to Your counsel and Your guidance, as they do to the human authorities You have placed over them. Heavenly Father,

I pray for the troops in Afghanistan that they would gather around in a huddle just as today’s picture shows and that they would pray to You through Jesus and that You would hear and give favorable answers to their prayers. May they cry out to You for an answer to their needs. Please protect them from the forces of darkness that want to bring them down in the pit of depression. Please calm their anxious hearts with Your word in their ear through the words of a chaplain or radio message or in their eyes through reading a Bible or finding a website that encourages them with Your word. You have infinite ways of reaching the troops with Your goodness and I pray that not one troop will be left out of feeling Your touch upon their life today. Thank You for what You are doing this moment and for the remainder of moments in this day and night in Afghanistan. You are the God of overwhelming goodness. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen

Father, We give You praise and honor today. We thank You, God, that Your Love and Protection covers our men and women serving in foreign lands in dangerous capacities. Even as our leaders and advisors are making decisions that are to have far reaching results, turn their foolishness into Your good. As the rivers of water, You can turn their hearts whithersoever You will. Father, we ask that You give peace to the families of those serving and who have passed on; we pray for our allies; we pray for the civilians of those war torn lands who yearn for peace; we pray that America remain a bastion of liberty for other nations; and as always, we pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We lift up the Taliban to you and ask that you would call them to repentance and salvation in YESHUA . Amen. We lift the members of the Taliban to Your heart today. Holy One, you love these men with a Father’s heart, yet the shackles and chains on their own hearts are so strong. Mend their brokeness, Lord. Heal their wounds. Draw them to You in ways that only You can. Visit them in dreams and visions. Create within them, Lord, a desire for the truth of who You are and who they can be in You. Break the shackles, Lord. Shatter the chains. Let there be rejoicing in heaven over these who were lost but now are found. The god of Islam may not have them, Father. We claim them for You. Dearest Heavenly Father,
We all stand together as a mighty force to change the situation of evil and oppression in Afghanistan. We thank you that we are fighting a just cause against the forces of darkness. You are the light of the world and we ask that you shed your light and righteousness into the darkness. Shine Jesus, Shine. We love you and all your ways dear Lord. Help us to hit the mark in our prayers.
You are a shield for the righteous. Our cause is righteous. Help our brave troops to know you personally. Help them put on the full armor of God, The helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, have their feet shod to tell the good news of Jesus., In their left hand the shield of faith and in their right hand the word of God which is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Lead them to victory under your banner, in Jesus name.

Father, my prayer partner and I hid beneath a prayer shawl and almost felt the cover of Your wings. Thank You for Your Love! Please fill our soldiers with Your love and care and protection. Cover our soldiers with Your wings! Bless them with the knowledge of Your Holy Presence. Shine the light of Your truth into their hearts, and also into their earthly situations so that they will see and respond safely. Show them the enemy positions early so that lives will be preserved and that Your presence will be evident to the enemy and they will flee!
Lord You are Adonai, Lord of all, Let Your Lordship reign over these difficult situations. Come, Lord Jesus!

Amen to the above prayer …. And Lord please give our leaders wisdom, insight, and courage to do the right thing. May they themselves realize this problem is larger than us all and they need divine wisdom to handle this war. Please undergird our military leaders as they carry out the objectives of this administration. Please protect the innocents and feed our soldiers patience and courage to see it through. Father God, I come to you in complete agreement with these prayers and humbly lift up to you all the countries that are embroiled in this conflict. Lord you are the only solution to these problems and we cry out for your justice to overcome the wickness in the world. Father, Holy is Your name! Thank You for all that You have done for the people living in Afghanistan. Thank You for sparing the lives of the soldiers who are there to help the country get on the right track. Continue to cover them and protect them, LORD.

LORD, Your Holy Spirit can visit people when they sleep and give them dreams and visions of Jesus. I ask that He do that today. That He would visit the old and the young, men and women, those in business, in government, and the military and police. Change their hearts, O GOD. Give them a taste of heaven so that they are spoiled for the things of earth.

Bring many sons to glory, LORD, and be glorified in what You do! Amen

By your grace may a people sitting in darkness see a great light. O Spirit of the Lord is upon us for He has anointed us to preach Good news, we declare, freedom to the captives in Jesus Name.
